About returning/changing an order*:
A special 14-day trial period applies to all purchases.
If a customer decides to return the product, he/she is free to do this within 14 days of having received the product.|Conditions applying to returning the product are that the product be undamaged, unused and in its original packaging.
If these conditions are met, the customer will be refunded. Shipping costs will be charged.
The customer will receive their refund on their bank account within 14 days.
